Want to get fit, tone up, heal from an injury, or get stronger in your whole body - We offer a classical Pilates beginners series which will run for 8 weeks. The series will run 3x per week, enabling you to see real results in a fun challenging environment injury free.

What to expect  

Each client will receive a tailored programme to work in the fully equipped studio (think reformer, Cadillac, arm and legs springs and specific chairs like Wunda and Arm chair to transform all of the muscles in your body). You will work under my expert guidance in the small group of 2-5 clients 3 times per week.

$99 per week for 3 sessions - Pay for 7 weeks the last week free!
