The small print

The Terms & Conditions

  • A standard new client and waiver form must be completed before taking your first session- providing as many details as possible of any medical concerns or issues.

  • Contrology NZ requires that all new clients have completed an intro pack or at least one private lesson to develop a personalised programme including goal setting, before joining a CNZ Open studio workout.

  • You must complete at least two workouts per week on a regular to ensure you get your regular practice to get the real results.

  • CNZ open studio workouts require at least two people to run, otherwise they are replaced by  a private 30 minute lesson, or  alternatively a client can choose to extend this to a 55 mins private session at a cost of a member private session ($85).

  • Contrology NZ reserves the right to alter the schedule and make session cancellations as required from time to time.

  • Contrology NZ makes the final decision to restrict group class access for health and safety reasons for a client

  • Contrology NZ understands that occasionally you need to suspend your membership to take a break, go on vacation or you have an injury or illness. Please give at least five days advance notice to suspend your membership via email or TXT (unless in the case of injury). Suspensions are offered in weekly blocks, rather than part weeks .

  • You can cancel your membership at any time NB: No refunds are available if you cancel during a week you’ve paid for.

        

Virtual workouts

  • No class  or workshop may be recorded without prior permission.

  • Prior to your session, please ensure you have the necessary Zoom software installed - check sound and picture levels; set up your camera to get the best full side or angular view

  • Internet Outages: If your internet drops out during a session, we will not offer refund or make up appointment. If our internet drops out, during a private session making it unfeasible to run the class, we do offer a make up or refund in this instance.

  • International time zones: It’s the client’s responsibility  to ensure you  do not miss sessions where there is a time difference into another time zone. To calculate the differences here is a website for assistance. If you miss lessons by not accounting for correct time differences, we do not offer credits or refunds in these circumstances.

 

Cancellations

  • Clients need to give 24 hours of notice to change a booking. Contrology NZ will advise of availability for another slot to be taken ideally within the week, and definitely within two weeks of the change. After this the credit will be null and void.

  • ALL late cancellation or no shows are charged at a full rate.

Holidays

  • For studio holidays; the studio will be closed for all in-studio CNZ workouts and or privates due to all  NZ public holidays throughout the year; memberships will not be reduced on weeks where there is a public holiday. Virtual CNZ and privates can be arranged.

  • The studio will also be closed due to holiday leave at various times. All memberships will be paused  if it’s a full week or if it’s a half week an option will be available to only do part week membership.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment in full: Payment must be made in full the Thursday of the week prior to the  following weeks sessions.

  • All payments done via weekly direct credit into the Contrology NZ bank account.

Unless by specially agreed arrangement via a pre-bought concession (i.e. For clients outside of NZ).

  • Refunds: All purchases are final. There are no refunds given. NB Concessions expire within 6 months of purchase.

  • Payment defaults: If a payment defaults due to an issue with your card or debit account, you will be liable for payment of default charges as well as the payment debt, so please:

o   update your card/account details before billing dates

o   ensure you have adequate funds on your card/in your account.
