We are teaching at the Contrology Hawaii studio space, inside Pilates O Ka La located in beautiful Diamond Head in September. It's a chance for us to work together in person and to get some hands on correction, and explore some of our favourite topics.

Workshop 1: Saturday 9 September 2023 Let your hands do the talking: working through hands on to clarify and connect. Great way to refresh your tactile teaching or how to get the most out of your own workout which will have been limited due to Covid in recent times.

Workshop 2: Sunday 10 September 2023 Reaching Ultimate length: how to lift longer and reach more

CNZ open studio workouts and lessons are available after lunch on the 8th September, and throughout the weekend.
